This document has been published by the Minister for the
Environment under article 7 of the Building Regulations. It
provides guidance in relation to the revised Part M of the
Second Schedule to the Regulations. The document
should be read in conjunction with the Building
Regulations, 1997, and 2000 and other documents
published under these Regulations
